Ouch! (on the legacy comment) Sure hope whoever wrote this that you don't have a daughter going through recruitment in 30 years. It just might come back to haunt you! DU is slowly increasing their status on campus. Thanks to a few good pledge classes they've been improving plus a recent renovation to the house is great. This year's pledge class has good potential too. If there's a mid house that could possibly overtake Phi Psi's spot as a top house, it'd be DU.

Beta is entirely about where you went to high school. The actives don't care about rushees unless they're from Shawnee Mission East. It seems that everyone in the house is still obsessed with their high school and plenty walk around in their letterman jackets. That said, they make grades and are considered ONE of the top houses. If they actually cared about college instead of their high school maybe they'd be THE top house...

Their pledges walk around wearing bright yellow pocket tee shirts and one of them looked like a goofy big bird. They are not allowed to have parties at their house due to a pledge dying last year. There is less than 40 people living in their house that can fit 80. They are likely to be shut down very soon. bottom tier at ku

A good house but not #1 by anyone's standards. They are not involved at all, in anything. No big philanthropy events, not even any big parties that are talked about throughout campus. They might be cool but only the small group of girls that are regulars there would know it. Way over ranked.

Coming from another fraternity, Beta really is the top house on campus. They are just a good organization all around, and these rankings should be based off of parties alone. Beta is number one and everyone knows it
