Your "friend" (you???) is completely stupid. Every girl at pref goes on your bid list. You never know who is for sure going to show up until bid day. Every girl at pref COULD be a member of your pc depending on where you are on her list and where she is on your list and her other house's list. If you thought that meant you had a bid, you're crazy.
