Honestly they are very stuck up and try too hard to be frat. They all seem like the same person. They are probably top 5 but they could do a lot better.

they throw some crazy parties. I used to go over there a lot last year and it was nuts. Now with their new renovations its ever nicer. They also are in the top 5 overall GPAs on campus. One of the best houses on campus.
