They are a great house with great girls, however I do think they are still middle tier. This is due to their lack of a good reputation, decent grades, and strong tradition at KU like Theta, Pi Phi, and Kappa have.

Good and strong tradition. Still quality girls, but definitely not as cute as they were 5-10 years ago. I'm an alum who still works on campus that's how I know...
