People hate them bc they are jealous. Theta is usually a top house at KU. They are smart, classy girls. They have slipped in popularity a little in the last couple years.

They aren't that fun, all they talk about is how cool their house is or their grades. Most of them think they are much better than other fraternities but truthfully, they didn't even get bids from what I hear even though they have parents/siblings in the other fraternities... If they could not be so into themselves and actually give a damn about parties then sure, maybe a 3/5... NOT TOP 5 HOUSE ON CAMPUS...

deserve to be higher. I am not a KD, but i haven't met a KD i haven't liked. They are hands down the most down to earth house.
