No doubt the best location and actual physical house. Have perhaps the best academic tradition of sororities too. However, most girls here have a self-rightousness that I find really grating, and a number are quite "prissy". I know it's a lame word, but it really fits. So, buyer beware. Anyone else have mixed emotions about this house?

A top four house for sure. To me, they might be the most stereotypically sororityty house. By that I mean into money, looks, status, and superficiality. Popular and have a "cool" image. I just can't respect them as much as Theta and Chi-O because they aren't as substantive, worse conversationalists, get lower grades, and have less "there" there.

Equally as superficial and monied as Kappa, but seem to be less social. Not as substantial (cool, academic, driven etc.) as ChiO and Theta, but because there are a lot of great looking girls, great history and nice house, a top four house for sure.

Too bad they get overshadowed by Sig Ep, Beta, and Phi Delt alone on that side of the greek ghetto. Pretty cool guys...sigh
