phi sigs at uic just recruit for looks and don't care about sisterhood. they are unbearable to be around most of the time. of course there are a few genuine girls who are really sweet but it's sad to hear so many phi sigs that aren't popular within their org discuss how hard it is to not fit in with them. they don't have a diverse sisterhood and only care about looks. it's a bummer but yeah

Been to a couple of their parties, overall mid. Most of the guys are absolute tools, but a couple are pretty chill. Been a pretty dead frat last couple of years, hopefully they can change that.
