If you're going to make a ranking, include all the ifc frats and exclude the non ifc(dke)

Pi lam should be moved up, not ATO down in my opinion, they've made strides I've heard

ATO is absolutely not that level. Make a pledge process longer than 2 weeks and maybe one day... and PiLam is not THAT nice. They're not better than Beta or TKe; maybe KDR, but I've heard KDR having better socials in the past- so it's debatable... They're better than PhiSig to say the least.
