Wow! Have you actually looked at all the PC's? I don't know what they've been in the past but the Alpha Phi class is more than attractive. Definitely better than DG, KD, DDD, and ZTA if you're shallow enough to only consider looks. It's clear you didn't even think about, collectively, their other contributions...

Because kd and aphi are getting put in their spot and sk and gphi are finally getting a little credit that they are moving up(especially after they each won hc over 'top tier' chapters)

Obviously APHI and KD are still on top and the tiers are not going to change over night but this is an interesting but accurate take on what might potentially happen with future PC's... Very interested to see if ZTA and DDD become the new top houses

Zeta will have to have a lot of good rushes to become a top house. KD and Aphi definitely falling, and DDD rising, but having one good rush doesn't make you top tier. Right now that is still DG/KD/APHI
