Alpha Phi had two good rushes but fell A LOT this year. So many girls went to KD DDD DG and ZTA rather than them. When you combine their new average looking pledge class, their old mix of some hot and some not, and YEARS of poor sisterhood, I don't know how anyone can say they're top tier
