I heard they're still on supervised probation. They can have date parties now and I think socials starting this semester but it will be heavily overlooked so I'm not sure how much they'll actually be able to do social-wise

Yes they are off of probation. But you should not base your decision on that you should go with whatever sorority makes you feel the most comfortable. There is no guarantee with any house that they won't ever be in trouble.
