Do yourself a favor and rush a relevant fraternity.

LXA Pike Fiji Sigmachee PiKapp DeltaSig Pilam Beta PhiSig TKE will all give you an actual fraternity experience. Phi Delt won't.

If they're thinking of rushing Phi Delt, they're probably not gonna fit in at any of the fraternities you listed

Pi Lam sucks. almost none of their guys are attractive and they only mix with bottom tier sororities.

TKE is just a bigger Pi Lam.

PhiDelt actually has two smaller houses. I love PhiDelts. Some of the houses you mentioned that give you a "real" frat experience are the biggest douches on campus in my opinion. PhiDelts have a great brotherhood, and they actually all know each other and have kick ass parties and tailgates.
