Just met a brother of the newly re-instated sig ep, and i must say i was throughouly disappointed. It seems like they are the rejects of the greek system, taking in the people who should not have joined greek life at all.

A. Targeting the right men for the new colony.
Recruiting and selecting the right men for the new colony will be done by the Sig Ep HQ team. Alumni can always give referrals for the new colony to the team, but the HQ team will be responsible for marketing and recruiting the right men for the new colony.
