Interchangeable within tier. Looks-wise APhi is top, but I really don't think they should be up with KD/DG just because they really need to work on their sisterhood/friendliness towards other people before they can be up there. Each section has similar social schedules, philanthropy involvement, etc. and beyond that it's just personal opinion.

think ZTA and DDD are better than APHI. Move them down a notch.

This is exactly it and you are spot on about Aphi they are surface only. Both KD/DG have beautiful girls AND strong sisterhood, philanthropy, etc. DDD/ZETA might even be stronger than them.

Aphi is not ahead of KD or DG if order within tiers makes a difference.
