obviously there will be different opinions on this but this is my take going into fall 2015. ordered roughly within the tiers (better to worse)
top: pike, sigmachee, lambda chi, fiji
upper middle: SAE(used to be top) , Pi Kapp, TKE, Delta Sig, Beta, pi lam
middle: DTD, KDR, Phi Sig, ATO, Phi Delt, KA, FH, Kappa sig
lower: TDX, Thetachi, AEPi, Agr etc.
imo fiji and lambda chi will match pike and sigmachee soon. in upper middle beta and pi lam are interchangeable. Ato was overrated all last year.

i could agree with that, slight mistake on my part. kdr and Phi Sig are pretty stagnated though so maybe next year

but in my experience pi kapp tke and pilam are mostly nice guys. almost all the ones listed in the original post as middle are sweet guys though.
