Gphi is doing it I think and I think DG is too

You can contact Panhellenic. I heard GPhi, DG, and Kappa are doing it. ADPi did last year but idk if they will again.

Ask girls you know in sororities. If theirs is doing it they can invite you and it will help your chances of getting a bid if you already know sisters.
