what to wear??

So the first two days is open house. They will provide you with a t-shirt and you should wear that with nice jeans and boots. Then the next two days is philanthropy. You should dress business casual, aka not super fancy, but presentable. I wore a skirt with riding boots. ( I hate wearing pants ) Even a more casual dress is fine. The next two days, sisterhood and preference, are much more fancier. It is pretty much required that you wear a dress. Yes, it is going to be freezing and miserable, but hey that's rush in blacksburg! I suggest that you wear sweatpants and a warm jacket over your dresses so that waiting outside each house is a little more bearable! Warm boots such as uggs are also great to bring. Hope this helps!

unfortunately you just have to commit to the cold. i wore a big puffy jacket and sweatpants over my dresses until right before we walked into the house. but make sure that you're comfortable in whatever you choose!
