by: S.I.Should DKE get the former Sig Ep house on Oak Lane once DKE gets official recognition? Should some other fraternity or sorority take it from the GDIs ("Innovate")? Sig Ep doesn't seem to be coming back anytime soon.

Sig ep had a meeting with sorority and fraternity life last semester to talk about them coming back to campus. From what I hear it went well, they're starting a colony or already have, and will be getting the house back by 2017. Most likely fall of 2017

From the rumors I heard sig ep has the rights to the house for the next decade or so and then they can move back into it, but they can decide to sell the house earlier to another frat. Technically DKE does not have any claim to that house they would have to buy it from sig ep to move in.

I know that every brother has to graduate before they can start a new colony and I am pretty sure that makes Fall 2015 the first semester they can start. I heard they will but it could just be a rumor.
