The reality is that fraternity and sorority rankings don't change much year to year unless dramatic things happen like one getting kicked off etc. There is no such thing as when people say "this fraternity has been really growing the past few years!" The top will stay at the top and the bottom will stay at the bottom.

Some of your "top" are the rudest guys on campus. What planet are you from? "The top will stay at the top and the bottom will stay at the bottom." Rankings change from year to year. An idiot knows that. Some houses improve and some decline...fact. Your list is very inaccurate.

I actually really agree with "truth" this post is pretty damn accurate and it's true, the top stays at the top and the bottom at the bottom unless something dramatic happens. There are nice guys and douchebags in every frat, they don't define the entire frats reputation.

I love seeing geeds try to rank fraternities. This list is accurate to up until like the 3rd or 4th frat. Try again.

if you think rankings don't change. all of phi sigs older guys are cooler but their newest pledge classes are full of weirdos
