pi lam is average with a lot of random guys.
kappa sig will be lucky to have a fraternity next week.
ato will take a while to get good.

Lotta people taking pi lam recently. While I agree they're improving immensely, they still could use work in some areas. They throw great ragers, tailgates, and occasionally cookouts/daydrinks, but socials with them tend to be a lot of them taking to each other. Definitely improving with younger guys though.
