Yes, they do. It's not just top/bottom-dg and ZTA are not looked at on same level. The best you could do is top middle and bottom:
Top:dg,aphi, DDD,kd
Mid:ZTA,SK,AXO/XO/GPHI
Bottom: Adpi, PiPhi, KKG
And even with that, ZTA is top of middle whereas GPHI is bottom middle and no they're not looked at the same.
