real unbiased rankings

Ok, so this is completely unbiased rankings coming from a Rho Gamma last year based on DESIRABILITY of each chapter from PNMs last year. One chapter is NOT better than the other, each has something different but in terms of popularity:

TOP:
DG/KD: You can argue all day but these two houses were consistently the most desired. I think a lot of that honestly stemmed from preconceived notions about what PNMs had heard and that all their friends wanted them too - kind of a group mentality but these were the two most "popular". However, a lot of girls were put off by them which just reinforces that they aren't for everyone.
APhi: Had a hard time placing them, seem to attract a certain kind of girl and weren't interested in others that didn't fit the mold
ZTA/DDD: Almost identical in popularity. Both have nice, pretty girls that are easy to get along with. Kind of the neutral upper tier houses.

MID:
SK/AXO: Again, very similar. Attract nice, good girls that have really cool personalities. They both have strong sisterhoods which I think the PNMs picked up on.
GPHI/ADPI: Considered middle of the road. However, no girls dreaded going back to either of these houses and they seem to attract diverse kind of girls

BOTTOM:
XO/PIPHI: Honestly I surprised by how much each of these chapters girls liked. Girls loved XO and a few dropped "better" houses to get XO back. Both of these are definitely improving but not middle yet.
KKG: Sweet girls, but def the most undesired
