Kappa delta is top last year but this year def not

I’m going to be honest. KD’s sophomores (last year) are the best sophomore pc they were number 1. Why? Do you notice why all the top frats(beta,dsig,Fiji,tke,pike) sweetheart this year are mostly in KD? But this years pc is kinda cooked. They are I would say top 3-4. I bet there’s barely any KD sweethearts in the top frats next year.
