Frat Houses Ranked

I've been to ever relevant frats house, and here's what I have to say about them.

1 TKE Barn
Easily the best party house in Blacksburg. Their setup might not be the cleanest but its most def the most fun. Location kinda hurts but me and my sisters will make the drive anytime for you boys. Overall, great house, great brothers, decent music, immaculate vibes.

2 DSig Oak
I mean their parties on Oak can be very hit or miss, but events like Oakchella and their good parties solidify them as second on this list. Also their brothers are the most fun. Overall, good house, Phenomenal brothers, amazing vibes.

3. FIJI Chapter
Location, Location, Location. FIJI House then bars, bars then FIJI house, FIJI to FIJI House, its just amazing. Brothers need a lesson on manners, they all think they are the **** and its not attractive. Overall, best location, nice house, great parties, **cky brothers, lovely vibes

4. Sig Ep Oak
I've only been to the Sig Ep house twice, but they def has the nicest house. Huge basement and clean bathrooms, idk why they don't throw in it all the time. Tbh you can't beat the mansion. Only way I'll be caught dead at Sig Ep tho if its in the mansion, sorry boys. Overall, best house, surprisingly good brothers, professional DJ, great vibes.

5 PIKE
Very hit or miss, their house either feels like a dungeon or a nightclub. Smells like something died in the walls, but you gotta love the PIKES, ik my sisters love them I'm still on the fence. Overall, great brothers, fun music, bad smell, either best or worst vibes ever.

6. Beta New House
One of the worst houses on this list, I most def do not go because it's a nice house like TKE or Sig Ep. I go for the brothers, ik they get a lot of hate but they have hot brothers lets be honest. If you say otherwise you are a lesbian. Their brothers needs to learn to talk to women tho. Overall, terrible house, hit or miss brothers, great music, vibes consistently great.

7 ATO
Their house are decent, idk why they don't throw a full party in the Haus. Brothers hit on every girl the same, ask to give them a shooter and then awkwardly dance with them, I think its a part of their pledging. Overall, meh house (post games at Haus), hit or miss brothers, amazing drinks, good vibes.

8 Phi Psi Oak
They just moved in, def a major upgrade from their old house that looked like a serial killers basement. They aren't anything to go crazy about. I drink to blackout, so I can forget I was ever there. Overall, meh brothers, great house, need better music, good vibes,

9 Theta Chi Ranch
Unlike TKE I will not make this trip a lot, unless my sisters drag me along. The ranch is one of the nicer houses tho on this list, middle of nowhere so can do whatever, brothers think they can do whatever they want too (call 911). Overall, SKETCHY brothers, great house (**** location), hit or miss vibes.

10 Center
I love their brothers but they just cannot throw a good party solo. Maybe its because all their parties look/smell like they are taking place after a 24/7 lineup. Overall, Great brothers, 100% best tailgate, below average house, amazing or horrific vibes

11 KA
Cute house, nice backyard, that just about it. Brothers are beyond weird tbh. Overall great location, cute house, bad brothers, bad music, bad vibes.

12 Gold Club
I heard the barn used to be actually fun, now it just feels like the brothers race to see who can sexually harass girls the quickest. Overall, bad brothers, meh location, bad tailgate, scary vibes.
