oak lane is weird

why does oak lane only have like 5 frats on it, I would think the school would try to make them all in one place

Many fraternities don’t like being on oak because it gives them a lot more freedom and distance from the school. Like RA’s come through Oak houses every night and could get you in trouble if they saw something they didn’t like.

Pretty much every Fraternity wants to be on Oak Lane, problem is there's not enough houses and the school isn't going to build more because they're just gonna get torn down in 20 years when campus expands.
