Why Doesn’t Sig Ep throw in their house?

Do they ever throw parties in their house? It’s so nice but like I never hear about anything. Are DSig, Pike, and Phi Psi the only ones who throw on Oak?

It’s a dry house mandated by their nationals, same reason ATO can’t throw on oak and beta can’t throw in their chapter house if they wanted to.
