Theta Chi is Top

Me and all my sisters love the boys of Theta Chi. Why they aren’t considered top is crazy. The ranch is the best spot in Blacksburg, their boys are soooo hot and charming, and their tailgate is insane. Theta Chi is the same as DSig and Pike in my opinion.

Theta chis mid at best, they’re pretty irrelevant and borrow and share their tailgate spot with like 3 other fraternities. Who knows maybe they would be better if their house was actually in the town of Blacksburg
