I need advice on how to handle this

I might crucify our weather pledge. Kid said just to bundle up, didn’t mention anything about hale. Would I be wrong to kill him or should I just blame Blacksburg and it’s insane weather???

Skin him alive in front of his other pledge brothers at a line up. something like this will never happen again after that lineup!
