BR’s Spring 2024 Fraternity Rankings

I: DSig, Fiji (rip pike)

II: TKE, CC, Beta, GC, ATO

III: Theta Chi, KA, Phi Psi

IV: Phi Sig, Phi Delt, ASig

V: Kappa Sig, SigEp, Zeta Psi, AGR, Delta Chi, DKE

VI: Lambda Chi, Sig Tau, ZBT, Sig Nu, Phi Tau, AEPi

VII: SPD, KDR, Triangle, BYX, TDX, DU, PKS, Farmhouse, SAE



I: Will forever stay the top 3 because of historical reputation and sorority relations. This may not be so true for PIKE anymore because it seems they bit off more than they could chew. They got the boot and are pretty much done for. Fiji is known for the best darties.

II: TKE has good enough parties to still attract people to their house that can be a little far, which other orgs can’t replicate. Good tailgate, best philanthropy, and good recruitment. Center Club is 5 years old and is still holding up. They have cool events and still have the best formals. Center tailgates are recovering from the ordinance and they are keeping up with their relations well. They gotta keep their numbers up because they are an off-campus org though. Beta’s reputation with the school sets an example for other orgs to follow, but they could be doing better socially. While their tailgates are getting better, they need bigger events in general. Gold Club lost the hype they had from Fall ‘21 and they are struggling a little bit in recruitment and memorable events other than Sud Flood. ATO’s large member count can be a good and bad thing, as alot of their new brothers are squiddy. Their party scene is not the best as everyone leaves after 30 minutes. They need to host more memorable events.

III: Theta Chi’s house is VERY far away so sometimes it’s not even worth going. They had a decent PC last semester though. KA has a great location for their house but need more consistent parties. Their center tailgates are fun. Phi Psi will probably move up once they get Pilam’s oak house that they just signed. They just got a massive PC. Their house is a little far but still in Blacksburg and their parties are decent.

IV: Phi Sig has a fantastic house and a fantastic backyard, they just need to work on getting their name out there. Both Phi Sig and Phi Delt numbers are strong, but sorority relations need to be improved. Phi Delt has great house location but need better recruitment next semester. ASig has good intramurals and have made a good name for themselves but they share a house with Phi Tau, not a good look. All 3 of these frats do well in philanthropy.

V: Kappa Sig had to leave the Lambda Chi house and Pilam ended up merging with them. They would be higher but the merger is messy and their house is a bit far. They also aren’t on campus. SigEp got their house back and they seem to be doing better with it. Their school reputation is great but let’s hope they’re better with recruitment, they have a bunch of weirdos. The rest are meh.

VI: These frats are mostly just here to fill the lower void. Lambda Chi could move up if they get bigger PC’s, they have a good house.

VII: Mostly new orgs. Farmhouse pulled out this year. Is SAE still recruiting??
