hazing sororities

I am considering rushing but am scared about hazing. does it happen at vt and which sororities?

only major sorority hazing i’ve heard was dg but what i’ve heard is pretty humiliating stuff. i rushed a mid tier sorority and experienced absolutely zero hazing. even the worst stuff i’ve heard from the sororities is nowhere near as bad as what i’ve heard from the frats. tech isn’t an sec school so it’s usually a nonissue. a couple of the mid tier orgs have minimal hazing but it’s pretty tame. it’ll heavily depend on who your big is, so make sure you rank someone genuinely kind, not the coolest girl in your sorority

Doesn’t happen. Don’t listen to anyone on this site trying to degrade another house. It gets tiring year after year. All houses are great.

When I was there a dg girl told me they do blow or blow but I haven’t heard anything else about hazing
