Frats on Rise/Decline

Frats on the decline:

Phi Tau: They have had a had time recruiting. Sharing a house with ASig is also a rough look.

ATO: They have had some bad PC's as of late. Older guys are cool but other than that squidy.

PIKE: They gave out like 53 bids and now they can't take a class next semester. There's trouble at one of the historic top 3 houses.

ZBT: Nuff said.

Phi Psi: Tailgates are the only thing keeping these guys around, they cannot behave around women, stay away.

Frats on the rise

Beta: Really good PC's as of late. Tight brotherhood, and good looking young guys. Also very polite around ladies.

Phi Sig: They have been throwing really good events as of recently, they got a lot of potential and good young dudes.

SigEp: They got their house back, very polite, and have been throwing really good parties as of late. PC's keep getting better.

Fiji: If people don't consider them #1 already than they have solidified it now.
