Spring 2023 Fraternity Rankings:

I: Fiji, Pike, DSig

II: TKE, CC, ATO, Beta, GC

III: Pi Lam, KA, Theta Chi, Phi Psi

IV: Phi Sig, Phi Delt

V: Kappa Sig, ASig, Sig Tau, DKE, AGR, Farmhouse

VI: Zeta Psi, Sig Ep, Sig Nu, Phi Tau, Delta Chi

VII: ZBT, SPD, KDR, Lambda Chi, TDX, BYX, SAE

I: Will forever stay the top 3 because of historical reputation and sorority relations.

II: TKE always has good tailgates and keeps up with their sorority relations. Their philanthropy last year was insane, and they have a promising philanthropy this year too, that’s why they’re top here. CC always have fun events, great sorority relations, and fantastic formals, but could be doing more outside of that considering center tailgates were dead in the fall due to the town. ATO had good new member numbers this spring compared to last spring, but their party scene is very repetitive. They’re in need for bigger events. Beta has a good pc this semester and recently got a new place on Center, but they also need bigger events. GC never misses with Sud Flood, but could use some better parties in the future otherwise. They’re not very memorable.

III: PiLam is in big trouble with the school, so it’ll be very interesting to see what they do in the future. They will most likely lose their house on Oak, and lose brothers in the process just like PiKapp. They’re here because they’re not very good with sorority relations, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they drop even lower next year, or the school completely kills them for the next couple of years. KA gets consistent numbers but could work on better relations and bigger events. Theta Chi suffers the same issue, and their house is also very far away, so sometimes it’s not even worth going. They could work on their philanthropy a little bit more. Phi Psi struggled with recruitment this semester. They need better rushes in the future.

IV: Both Phi Sig and Phi Delt get consistent rush numbers, and while they show effort and are improving exposure / relations, they need to do better. Phi Sig is above Phi Delt because of their house.

V: It’ll be very interesting to see what KSig does once they move out of their house on Roanoke St and Lambda Chi gets it back, especially considering KSig isn’t recognized by the school and hasn’t been for years now. They get decent numbers but will definitely fall once they lose the house. ASig has very good numbers but hand their bids out like candy. They are still slowly growing though. Sig Tau needs to get their name out there, numbers are meh. DKE has great historical reputation, but awful social reputation, but they have the nicest house on Roanoke St, and are slowly improving their social reputation. Farmhouse is a worse version of AGR.

VI: Don’t really need to explain much here. Once Sig Ep gets their house back, they are bound to rise through reputation and recruitment. The others need better recruitment numbers.

VII: Some new orgs, some questionable ones (SAE…). Lambda Chi is bound to rise once they get their house, they have alot of potential, and are growing their reputation pretty well already.
