how hard is it to get a bid from one of the top houses (beta, fiji etc) or even midtier as a junior

Idk ab middle tiers but honestly it’s pretty hard for a top tier you have to be like an auto basically

i rushed at a couple midtier places sophomore spring and made it to closed but i realized my poor mental health is holding me back
