Accurate frat ranks after fall pcs

Top: Dsig, Center, Pike, Fiji
Upper Mid: Gold Club, Beta, TKE, ATO
Mid: Theta Chi, Phi Psi, KA, Pi Lam
Low: The Rest
The fraternities in the top tier mix with one another and hang out with the same crowd. They also all had good fall pcs.
The upper mid tier all throw great parties but are still growing.
All others are good just newer and still recruiting
