Good Guys, Fun Parties, Super underrated! Def top tier!

Tier 2: Phi Psi, TDX, Beta, Sig Ep
Fun parties, guys really nice but sometimes aux is lacking.

Tier 3: Triangle, Farmhouse, TKE, DSP
Again super underrated, some of the most real guys I've ever met, and their parties SLAP

Tier 4: PIKE, dsig, fiji, center, gc
Overrated, freshman frats, rude guys
