Spring 2022 Realistic Frat Rankings

Tier 1: Pike, Dsig, Center Club, TKE
Same as usual, Pike, CC ,and Dsig have been top for years. Center is slowly falling. TKE had a great tailgate at center this year and have done some good joint events which raised them up from tier 2

Tier 2: FIJI, BETA, ATO, Gold Club
Fiji has always been pretty good, Beta is on the rise tailgate with Tke and Beta it was the most packed tailgate on Center. ATO has been on the rise which people won’t like to hear. Gold Club is falling due to the fact they are off campus now. (All frats in tier 2 and above have socials with the top 4 sororities KD/Aphi/DG/Tridelt)

Tier 3: Pi Lam, KA, Phi Psi
Most lists will have these frats here. Most of the frats beside KA in this tier and below don’t have socials with the top 4 sororities which puts them down (KD, APHI, DG, and TriDelt). These frats haven’t done anything controversial to move up.

Tier 4: Sig Ep, Phi Delt, AGR, Phi Sig. Kappa sig, Farmhouse Theta Chi,
A lot of smart and cool guys in these ones, Don’t have the most clout or anything but still good guys and should get good pledge classes
