Depends. If they like you enough, they can ask nationals to allow someone that falls below their set standards. It's likely that they'll be more lenient this semester because most freshmen had to adapt to college in an online environment. You should also see each chapter's GPA requirements in the rush info packets that rho gams give you. That'll give you the best idea. The only houses that I know of that are suuuper strict about GPA are DDD and ADPi.

Actually the strictest are ADPi and DG...says so in the recruitment guide

As long as it GPA is above 2.75 youre good

Read the recruitment booklets! Or look up “virginia tech recruitment guide” and it will literally tell you the minimum gpa for each sorority!

To the person asking if that’s actually how it is: for the first round...YES. If you have a 2.6 Adpi will IMMEDIATELY cut you. If you have a 3.0, they probably won’t, but if they do it’s probably because of something else on top of your grades. (So like if you make a mistake, you could get dropped faster than someone who makes the exact same mistake but has a 3.8)
