Why does VT sorority life lack Diversity?

Seriously though wtf I’m considering rushing but I feel hella uncomfortable with all the girls looking the same will they even take me?? Lol

This statement is off regarding race, every sorority has a different vibe, and different girls. However, regarding LGBTQ and Transgender populations, they are not common.

The non-Greek sororities and fraternities are better for diversity (e.g. honors frats, service frats, professional frats,etc.)

In Panhellenic we unconsciously bid girls that look like us

we live in southwest virginia @ a school that’s over 50% white....there’s not much diversity to begin with?? but if you want to rush do it! other pnms seeing poc rush encourages them! a lot did this past year don’t be fooled
