Alright I know delta chi is new and they’re probably “self ranking” or whatever but I don’t understand the hate like cmon now I know some of the guys in it and they’re all good people smh

Yeah I’ve been to their main house they throw down at and it’s nice. No they don’t have an oak lane house but they’re only a year old
