S Tier: Pike, FIJI
A Tier: Pikapp, TKE, DSig
A- Tier: Beta, ATO
B Tier: Pilam, Theta Chi, KA (S tier for anyone hella southern)
B- Tier: Phi Sig, DKE (only relevant off campus frat),
C Tier: Phi Delt

The rest aren't worth your time unless you really click with brothers before/during rush.

Comment changes you'd make, this list isn't perfect.

Is it because they graduated? Their insta makes them look normal but there's no way to know for sure until I go to their events is what I'm thinking.

FIJI are not top based off the fact that they were on social probation last semester and they can’t have parties until they recruit pledges (4 weeks into the 2nd semester). Also they can’t throw down at their main house anymore because their neighbors complain every time.

lol KA isn't "hella southern" they're no different than ATO, Pike, or FIJI. They just bid less northern kids and act like that makes them cooler than everyone else

Theta chi is already up there as B. Also C is pushing it for phi-psi and I'd say SAE is even lower

Looks pretty good. I'd combine S and A and then move TKE down to start of A-. Move Phi Sig up to end of B and CC deserves to be B- for their tailgates/presence if nothing else
