what are rankings based off
by: MdLooking into what is making people say one frat is better than the other. Example would be tke over theta chi. Or Pike over sig nu. I am rushing soon and wondering this.

For the most part the rankings are based on ppl fighting over frats from 2-3 years ago, they haven't changed much since then even though just about every fraternity has had problems with the school and has changed significantly since then. I would check out all the frats 'Tier 1-3' based on stereotype rather than rankings which are inaccurate/interchangeable.
