move beta way down...no parties or any kind of event till spring '20 and upperclassmen will be graduated by the time they're off DS. Move dsig down until they get a house. Pikap is slipping, small pc last sem. Phi delt is slipping and phi psi is bottom tier. everything else looks alright

Need to stop putting D Sig as tier I, this is not 2015. They lost their house. Never replaced it with a house of comparable value. They can't throw the parties, like they used to throw. End up trying to roll to Pike/Center Club events because they have nothing else to do. They are not top, end of discussion.
