@Switc very funny, quality phi psi guy here self ranking. Phi delt might not be great but it's way better than phi psi. Lets just say one out of those two fraternities actually has a house and some decent guys...

Betas last 4 pledge classes has been wack why are they even close to the top. They are gonna be off for a year and will be even worse.
