This is based off fraternities, why is ato in this list

Not too bad, few things off:
-?s are phi sig is down, theta chi is up, phi delt is staying the same
-swap phi sig and theta chi, swap ato and delta sig
-tke and ato are going down
-as awful as phi psi is, it is slightly better than sig ep tier

I don't like ATO but the fact is they have the old sigma chi house next year and DSig will still be houseless.
