Low Middle: Phi Delt, Phi sig, Phi Psi
Low: Alpha Sig, AGR, Sig Tau, Zeta Psi, Sigma Nu, Delta Chi, Farmhouse

It sounds like some of the so called "top" tier frats are worried that the middle/low middle houses just may be closing the gap. Honestly, I prefer the houses you have ranked as middle/low middle. They are more "real" and not try hards like some of your "top" picks are.

DKE has a way better house but pi lam has the sorority connects... both are good no need to beef

eh KA and Theta Chi are debatably better than pi lam, pi lam is like DKE and SAE only difference is that they didn’t haze as hard and is on campus. Beta and Dsig aren’t all that anymore especially when Dsig has no house. AGR is also better than Phi Psi (IMO!!!) better house, better brothers.

Lol u got it so wrong. Dke will NEVER be on the same level as sae... a lot of hot girls go to sae and they have really good sorority connections... take all their sweethearts for example. And sorry but ka and theta chi are not the same level as pilam ..... Have you seen KAs recent pledge class HAHA

no, im not a sweetheart or a gf. im just someone who simply sees it as it is. youre probably in KA or soemthing judging by how salty u just got from that lmao have you even been to sae before? probably not, otherwise youd know the types of girls who go to their parties
