what frats to check out?

I know not to trust rankings on here but seems like a lot of frats lost their house or are in some type of trouble so I'm wondering which ones are worth checking out, like who is in good standing with the university, has a house etc.

No particular order of the fraternities with over 100+ / recognized by VT. Take your pick

Pike - gets off deferred suspension soon and starts their progressive social privileges.

KA - bought and renovated the old DSig house, good standings with school

Pi Kapp - nothing has changed for them, good standings with school

Fiji - probably will be on Deferred Suspension soon (under investigation), they're house is off campus so doesn't affect them as much as on campus houses

TKE - also nothing has changed, good standings with school

ATO - taking Sigma Chi's old house on Oak Lane in the Fall, good standings with school

DSig - don't have a house, still on Deferred Suspension

Beta - losing their lettered house next to zaxbys (which they don't use for parties), but are evidently are probably getting kicked off for good

Phi Sig, Pi Lam, Theta Chi - I don't know anything about
