You also dont know what each sorority is looking for. They might not want 85 women just to have 85 women. Instead they want 15 strong women who will contribute to their chapter in a positive way.

chi o and gamma phi always take as many as possible i doesn't seem like they are worried about the "value", just numbers

Getting more girls doesn’t necessarily mean anything. Top tiers get lower numbers usually
