lol why would anyone want to when everyone’s gonna be off campus in the next 3-5 years at this rate? beautiful house but moving to oak lane seems like shooting yourself in the foot

I: Delta Sig, Fiji, Pike
II: TKE, Beta, Pikapp
III: ATO, Theta Chi, KA, Pi lam, Phi sig
IV: Phi Delt, AGR
This is roughly what it’s like. Delta Sig could get moved down (since they lost they’re house) and Pi Lam could get moved up (doing a bit better). Also there are a lot of other fraternities that never get put on these that aren’t bad at all, like OAK (KDR). So just rush around and find whatever is best for you.
