I feel for the Sig Eps. From what I understand their nationals screwed them over. They put everything they had toward that house, then nationals made rules preventing them from using it for social events. Also they have some crazy GPA requirement that limits their pool of applicants considerably. Hopefully everything works out for them in the end.

If Sig Ep doesn't have enough guys to afford that giant house why don't they share it with another smaller frat or other group? Seems like a waste.
