you'd have to wait an entire year (until formal next january). I would say stick it out with the chapter that offered you a bid, don't bank on the idea that you could join somewhere else because honestly the odds of that are pretty slim. also, I would try changing your attitude, don't continue to yearn after a chapter that didn't offer you a bid / hyping it up in your head because you can't change it, and wishing you had something different instead of enjoying what you actually got will just make you even more unhappy. try your best to reach out to girls in your new chapter i'm your pc, older classes, and just try to make some friends and hopefully you'll enjoy it in the long run!
